All Churches today are in error

All Churches today are in error

2 Peter 3:17 you therefore, beloved, since you know this beforehand, beware lest you also fall from your own steadfastness, being led away with the error of the wicked;

Revelation chapters 2 and 3 are types of churches of today. They represent the condition of all churches today.

Church of Ephesus Rev 2:4 “Nevertheless I have this against you, that you have left your first love.

Church in Smyrna Rev. 2:8 has a good report but because of their godly living they are persecuted and put into prison. Does this describe any Churches today? I think not.

Church in Pergamos Rev. 2:12-14 I have a few things against you, because you have there those who hold the doctrine of Balaam, sacrificed to idols, and to commit sexual immorality.

Church in Thyatira Rev. 2:18-20 I have a few things against you, because you allow that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess, to teach and seduce.

Church in Sardis Rev. 3:1 I know your works, that you have a name that you are alive, but you are dead.

Church in Philadelphia Rev. 3:7 has a good report but they still have to endure persecution and be overcomers. Are there Churches today that are being persecuted because of their faith? I think not.

Church of the Laodiceans Rev. 3:14 you are wretched, miserable, poor, blind, and naked. Christ is outside of the Church. This is a bad state.

https://christcrosscrucified.com/

All of these Churches are types of Churches today and most of the Church today is in error with false doctrine, not loving people, having unforgiveness and more.

We are living in the last days.

1Timothy 4:1 Now the Spirit expressly says that in latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons,

2Timothy 3:1 but know this, that in the last days perilous times will come:

2Timothy 3:2 for men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,

2Timothy 3:3 unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good,

2Timothy 3:4 traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God,

https://www.youtube.com/@christcrucifiedsaves

This condition of the end times is not just in the world but some of it is in the Church today, like: disobedient to parents, unthankful, unloving, unforgiving and without self-control. There are also many Christians today who have fallen away, not gathering with the Saints. There are also many false doctrines in the Church today. The sad thing is: I have not found one Church who will admit that then are in sin and need the gift of repentance from God

Answer to this problem: Repent.

1Peter 4:17 for the time has come for judgment to begin at the house of God; and if it begins with us first, what will be the end of those who do not obey the gospel of God? 1Pe 5:6 Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time.

2Ch 7:14 “if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.

All of the Churches should just get together and admit that they have not pleased God and pray for revival.

Prayer is Powerful

Prayer is Powerful

John 14:13 “And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.

John 14:14 “If you ask anything in My name (Jesus Christ), I will do it.

God promises to answer all of our prayers and to grant all of our requests. I have asked God to help me legal problems, financial difficulties and car problems. God has been good and has saved me from all of these problems.

Sometimes physical healing can take longer because there are factors like our diet. If we are eating according to God’s Word our health can be at its best. Sometimes our health is bad because of a curse or evil spirit and you will need help in getting free. The first thing you should do is pray and God will lead.

The closer we are to God in a love relationship the greater and quicker God responds to our petitions. Read the next verse:

Jesus speaking: John 15:7 “If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you.

https://christcrosscrucified.com/

Our persistence in prayer can produce success in an answer to prayer. Sometimes we need to just keep asking. Our attitude of not giving up moves God because it tells Him that this is really important to you and God loves you and wants to bless you. Read next verse:

Mat 7:7 “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.

Mat 7:8 “For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.

All of our prayers should be according to God’s Word. God will not give you anything that will harm you. You may ask God for a spouse or friendship and have trouble finding it because He does not want you to be in a bad relationship. There may be a period of waiting for God to bring the right person into your life. This is true about seeking employment, car, house or investment.

https://www.youtube.com/@christcrucifiedsaves

1John 5:14 Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us.

1John 5:15 and if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him.

One of the best ways to pray is to pray scriptures. This is a prayer that the Apostle Paul prayed for the Church: Ephesians 3:16 that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man,

Ephesians 3:17 that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love,

Ephesians 3:18 may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and depth and height—

Ephesians 3:19 to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God. You can pray the above passage of scripture for yourself and the Church, knowing that this is the will of God because the Holy Spirit wrote it and wants this blessing in your life.

Facebook

Our posture before God should be one of trust, patience and faith. We should have peace about praying because God promises to give us peace when we put our petitions before God like this scripture:

Philippians 4:6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God;

Philippians 4:7 and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Let us have confidence in prayer because it is the Fathers good pleasure to give us the Kingdom (Luke 12:32) and He loves us very much and wants us to have an abundant life.

Do you believe in miracles?

Do you believe in miracles?

Let us look at a passage of scripture that can us some answers on what people believed about two thousand years ago.

Luke 9:7 now Herod the tetrarch heard of all that was done by Him (Jesus); and he was perplexed, because it was said by some that John had risen from the dead,

Luke 9:8 and by some that Elijah had appeared, and by others that one of the old prophets had risen again.

Luke 9:9 Herod said, “John I have beheaded, but who is this of whom I hear such things?” So he sought to see Him. Luke 23:8 now when Herod saw Jesus he hoped to see some miracle done by Him.

Let us look at what the people were saying: some said, others said and Herod heard. What do you think that they were talking about? Let me give you a clue. Miracles!

https://christcrosscrucified.com/

Let me give you an example or a picture of what could of took place back in Jesus day and even before Jesus came.

There were a few men gathered at the marketplace waiting to get hired (Matthew 20:6) talking amongst themselves. One of them said: have you heard that John Smith is alive now. Yeah, he just pushed back the dirt and came out of the grave. One of the other men said: Wow, that’s extraordinary.

Then the other man said: when did he die? Then the first man said: about a hundred years ago. Then the third man said: How old was he when he died? And the first man said: about ninety years old. The second man said: that is amazing; can you believe that another man has risen from the dead this year?

Then the third man said: how did he look? Then the first man said: he looked to be about seventy years old, pretty good I would say. The second man said: Wow. The third man said: what will he be doing now? Then the first man said: flipping houses, you know that he was pretty good at remodeling homes.

https://www.youtube.com/@christcrucifiedsaves

Do you get the picture? Everyone believed in miracles back then. The Jews, Gentiles, romans, Kings and the common people. Why don’t we today believe in miracles? I can understand why the world today does not believe in miracles, because Jesus performed more miracles than anyone who ever lived. But the Church and Christians should believe in miracles.

Some say that miracles were only for the early Church. NOT! Jesus taught His disciples to cast out demons, heal the sick and raise the dead and then in: Mat 28:20 “teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen. Miracles should be happening until Christ comes back. Hello!

Jesus is the same today as He ever was, so miracles should still be happening: Hebrews 13:8 Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.

Casting out demons is a miracle. Mar 9:38 now John answered Him, saying, “Teacher, we saw someone who does not follow us casting out demons in Your name, and we forbade him because he does not follow us.”

Mar 9:39 but Jesus said, “Do not forbid him, for no one who works a miracle in My name can soon afterward speak evil of Me.

Pastors and Teachers are a higher position in the Church then Miracles. 1Co 12:28 and God has appointed these in the church: first apostles, second prophets, third teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, administrations, varieties of tongues.

Pastors and Teachers should be casting out demons today, but unfortunately many cannot even cast a stone from their own driveway.

Jesus is always at work: John 5:17 in his defense Jesus said to them, “My Father is always at his work to this very day, and I too am working.”

This is wonderful miracle told in the Old Testament and the food lasted for 3 years: 1Kings 17:10 So he arose and went to Zarephath. And when he came to the gate of the city, indeed a widow was there gathering sticks. And he called to her and said, “Please bring me a little water in a cup, that I may drink.”

1Kings 17:11 And as she was going to get it, he called to her and said, “Please bring me a morsel of bread in your hand.”

1Kings 17:12 So she said, “As the LORD your God lives, I do not have bread, only a handful of flour in a bin, and a little oil in a jar; and see, I am gathering a couple of sticks that I may go in and prepare it for myself and my son, that we may eat it, and die.”

1Kings 17:13 And Elijah said to her, “Do not fear; go and do as you have said, but make me a small cake from it first, and bring it to me; and afterward make some for yourself and your son.

1Kings 17:14 “For thus says the LORD God of Israel: ‘The bin of flour shall not be used up, nor shall the jar of oil run dry, until the day the LORD sends rain on the earth.’ ”

1Kings 17:15 So she went away and did according to the word of Elijah; and she and he and her household ate for many days.

1Kings 17:16 The bin of flour was not used up, nor did the jar of oil run dry, according to the word of the LORD which He spoke by Elijah.

Jesus said that when He comes back, will He find faith. He did not say: will I find Christians. God wants His people to believe in Him and the works that He called us to do. Two things need to happen. First grow your faith, and then use it. Second get in the Spirit and not in the flesh. When you are under the law, you are in the flesh. The Kingdom of God is not just some kind of talk (1 CO 4:20) but in power.

True Prosperity

True Prosperity

True prosperity is when your soul prospers. When your soul prospers then everything else lines up and you will have good health and financial provision.

3 John 1:2 Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.

2 Corinthians 8:9 for you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, that you through His poverty might become rich. Chapters 8 and 9 are talking about our money, wealth and financial situation.

If you desire financial blessings, give to the poor: Psalm 41:1 A Psalm of David. Blessed is he who considers the poor; the LORD will deliver him in time of trouble.

If your heart is right before God and you love Him about all else then you will not love money. 1 Timothy 6:10 for the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil, for which some have strayed from the faith in their greediness, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.

https://christcrosscrucified.com/

This is the attitude of a giver who will prosper.

Luke 6:27 “But I say to you who hear: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you,

Luke 6:28 “bless those who curse you, and pray for those who spitefully use you.

Luke 6:29 “To him who strikes you on the one cheek, offer the other also. And from him, who takes away your cloak, do not withhold your tunic either.

Luke 6:30 “Give to everyone who asks of you. And from him who takes away your goods do not ask them back.

Luke 6:31 “And just as you want men to do to you, you also do to them likewise.

Luke 6:32 “But if you love those who love you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners love those who love them.

Luke 6:33 “and if you do good to those who do good to you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners do the same.

Luke 6:34 “And if you lend to those from whom you hope to receive back, what credit is that to you? For even sinners lend to sinners to receive as much back.

Luke 6:35 “But love your enemies, do good, and lend, hoping for nothing in return; and your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High. For He is kind to the unthankful and evil.

Luke 6:36 “Therefore be merciful, just as your Father also is merciful.

God wants us to put others first. When we love God by loving our fellow Christian, neighbor and enemy, it will open up a new world for you and you will have the abundant life that He is talking about.

Luke 6:38 “Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you.”

https://www.youtube.com/@christcrucifiedsaves

1 John 3:16 By this we know love, because He laid down His life for us. And we also ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.

1 John 3:17 But whoever has this world’s goods, and sees his brother in need, and shuts up his heart from him, how does the love of God abide in him?

1 John 3:18 My little children, let us not love in word or in tongue, but in deed and in truth.

2 Co 9:6 But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.

2 Co 9:7 So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver.

When God is first in your life all else comes together. Having your heart right before God is the most important thing that you can do. God wants a loving relationship with you. Talk to Him and listen to what He is saying and He will guide you with the Holy Spirit into all of the blessings of the Kingdom of God. Sometimes you just need to sit before Him and be quite and just enjoy His fellowship and wonderful presence.

Jesus Heals

Jesus Heals

Healing scriptures from the Gospel of Matthew:

Mat 4:23 and Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease among the people.

Mat 8:2 and behold, a leper came and worshiped Him, saying, “Lord, if You are willing, You can make me clean.”

Mat 8:3 then Jesus put out His hand and touched him, saying, “I am willing; be cleansed.” Immediately his leprosy was cleansed.

Mat 8:13 then Jesus said to the centurion, “Go your way; and as you have believed, so let it be done for you.” And his servant was healed that same hour.

Mat 8:14 now when Jesus had come into Peter’s house, He saw his wife’s mother lying sick with a fever.

Mat 8:15 so He touched her hand and the fever left her. And she arose and served them.

Mat 8:16 when evening had come; they brought to Him many who were demon-possessed. And He cast out the spirits with a word, and healed all who were sick.

Mat 8:17 that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Isaiah the prophet, saying: “He Himself took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses.”

Mat 9:6 “But that you may know that the Son of Man has power on earth to forgive sins”—then He said to the paralytic, “Arise, take up your bed, and go to your house.”

Mat 9:7 and he arose and departed to his house.

Mat 9:8 now when the multitudes saw it they marveled and glorified God, who had given such power to men.

https://christcrosscrucified.com/

Mat 9:20 and suddenly, a woman who had a flow of blood for twelve years came from behind and touched the hem of His garment.

Mat 9:21 for she said to herself, “If only I may touch His garment, I shall be made well.”

Mat 9:22 but Jesus turned around, and when He saw her He said, “Be of good cheer, daughter; your faith has made you well.” And the woman was made well from that hour.

Mat 9:23 when Jesus came into the ruler’s house, and saw the flute players and the noisy crowd wailing,

Mat 9:24 He said to them, “Make room, for the girl is not dead, but sleeping.” And they ridiculed Him.

Mat 9:25 but when the crowd was put outside, He went in and took her by the hand, and the girl arose.

Mat 9:28 and when He had come into the house, the blind men came to Him. And Jesus said to them, “Do you believe that I am able to do this?” They said to Him, “Yes, Lord.”

Mat 9:29 then He touched their eyes, saying, “According to your faith let it be to you.”

Mat 9:30 and their eyes were opened. And Jesus sternly warned them, saying, “See that no one knows it.”

Mat 9:32 as they went out, behold, they brought to Him a man, mute and demon-possessed.

Mat 9:33 and when the demon was cast out, the mute spoke. And the multitudes marveled, saying, “It was never seen like this in Israel!”

Mat 9:35 then Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people.

Mat 10:1 and when He had called His twelve disciples to Him, He gave them power over unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease.

Mat 10:7 “And as you go, preach, saying, ‘The kingdom of heaven is at hand.’

Mat 10:8 “Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out demons. Freely you have received, freely give.

Mat 12:13 then He (Jesus) said to the man, “Stretch out your hand.” And he stretched it out, and it was restored as whole as the other.

Mat 12:22 then one was brought to Him who was demon-possessed, blind and mute; and He (Jesus) healed him, so that the blind and mute man both spoke and saw.

Mat 14:14 and when Jesus went out He saw a great multitude; and He was moved with compassion for them, and healed their sick.

Mat 14:35 and when the men of that place recognized Him, they sent out into all that surrounding region, brought to Him all who were sick,

Mat 14:36 and begged Him (Jesus) that they might only touch the hem of His garment. And as many as touched it, were made perfectly well.

Mat 15:28 then Jesus answered and said to her, “O woman, great is your faith! Let it be to you as you desire.” And her daughter was healed from that very hour.

Mat 15:30 then great multitudes came to Him, having with them the lame, blind, mute, maimed, and many others; and they laid them down at Jesus’ feet, and He healed them.

https://www.youtube.com/@christcrucifiedsaves

Mat 17:18 and Jesus rebuked the demon, and it came out of him; and the child was cured from that very hour.

Mat 19:2 and great multitudes followed Him (Jesus), and He healed them there.

Mat 20:34 so Jesus had compassion and touched their eyes. And immediately their eyes received sight, and they followed Him.

Mat 21:14 then the blind and the lame came to Him in the temple, and He (Jesus) healed them.

Mat 26:12 “For in pouring this fragrant oil on My body, she did it for My burial.

Mat 26:13 “Assuredly, I (Jesus) say to you, wherever this gospel is preached in the whole world, what this woman has done will also be told as a memorial to her.”

All healing is based on the work of the Cross when Christ was crucified. Buried and resurrected. This is the Gospel that is the power of God for salvation.

1Co 15:1 Moreover, brethren, I declare to you the Gospel which I preached to you, which also you received and in which you stand,

1Co 15:3 for I delivered to you first of all that which I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures,

1Co 15:4 and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures,

Facebook

John 3:16 “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

Rom 1:16 for I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek.

1Peter 2:24 who Himself (Jesus) bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness—by whose stripes you were healed.

Reading these scriptures has produce faith in you so you will be healed from all sickness. Jesus healed every kind of sickness, infirmities, aliments, afflictions, torments and disease. Healing is for everyone, no one is excluded. God Bless!

Miracles, supernatural and extraordinary works

Miracles are extremely important today as they were always. Much of the Church today does not even believe in miracles. They say it was for only the early Church. The Bible (Hebrew 13:8) states that Jesus is the same yesterday today and forever.

Miracles validate that Jesus was the Messiah to come and save us from our sins and bring His Kingdom to earth.  Mat 11:2 and when John had heard in prison about the works of Christ, he sent two of his disciples

Mat 11:3 and said to Him, “Are You the Coming One, or do we look for another?”

Mat 11:4 Jesus answered and said to them, “Go and tell John the things which you hear and see:

Mat 11:5 “The blind see and the lame walk; the lepers are cleansed and the deaf hear; the dead are raised up and the poor have the gospel preached to them.

Mat 11:6 “and blessed is he who is not offended because of Me.”

https://christcrosscrucified.com/

Look at some of the miracles that Jesus did: Feeding the Multitudes: Matthew 14:15-21, Mark 6:36-44 Calming the Storm: Matthew 8:23-27 Raising the Dead: Luke 7:11-18 (widow's son), John 11 (Lazarus) Healing the Sick: Mark 1:40-42 (leper), Luke 4:40 (various illnesses).

Water into Wine: John 2:1-11 and many other miraculous healings like the blind see and the lame walk. Plus walking on the water. Jesus told Peter where to find money in a fish mouth. Jesus knew the thoughts of people. Jesus’s life here on earth was about miracles in order to show everyone His power and to encourage them to believe in Him.

Being born-again becoming a believer in Christ is not a miracle according to the Gospel of John. John 2:11 was the first miracle that Jesus did. John 4:54 was the second miracle that Jesus did. In between these two miracles many people got saved and became believers in Christ. Being saved is a work of God not classified as a miracle.

The Church today as back then is to be about miracles.

Mar 16:17 and these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;

Mar 16:18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.

(Luke 24:50–53 )

Mar 16:19 So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God.

Mar 16:20 and they went forth, and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen. When ministers who teach and preach the Word of God and the Gospel; then there should be miracles that follow. Why is this not happening today? Maybe because of unbelief or we are not in the Spirit!

Here is the answer: Gal 3:5 He therefore that ministers to you the Spirit, and works miracles among you, does he it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? Miracles come about when Christians are filled with the Holy Spirit and walk in faith. Legalism is not of God. We are not to live under the law but under grace, walking in the Spirit. When you are under the law you are automatically in the flesh and you will sin and not please God. You cannot have a life of miracles unless you are in the Spirit.

Miracles by Apostles/Prophets

Peter's Healing: Acts 9:34 (Aeneas)

Paul's Miracles: Acts 19:11-12 (extraordinary miracles, cloths healing sick)

Elijah & Elisha: 1 Kings 17 (widow's son), 2 Kings 4 (Shunammite's son).

Elijah called fire down from Heaven and consumed the sacrifice and Moses parted the Red Sea, the people walked on dry ground.

Read Acts: Act 2:42 and they continued steadfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.

Act 2:43 And fear came upon every soul: and many wonders and signs were done by the apostles.

Act 2:44 And all that believed were together, and had all things common;

Act 2:45 and sold their possessions and goods, and parted them to all men, as every man had need.

Act 2:46 And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart,

Act 2:47 Praising God, and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.

This is the way Church should be: Christians gathering together every day for the Word of God, prayer, fellowship, sharing their possessions, eating together in community and seeing miracles. They all lived next door to each other and saw one another every day.

If you do not believe in miracles then there must be something wrong with you. I tell you the truth. When you really need a miracle; that is when you will start to believe. If you had some kind of incurable disease or needed protection from danger, I think you would believe in miracles. Ask Jesus to reveal the truth to you about miracles and then you will know. God Bless!

The Gospel of Christ

Jesus Christ Crucified, buried, and resurrected is complete salvation. This is the Gospel of Christ. God saves our body, soul and rejuvenates our spirit by the work of the Cross.

This salvation is the power of God and there is no other way. Rom 1:16 for I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek. Acts 4:12 “Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name (Jesus Christ) under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.”

God saves our souls: 1 Peter 1:9 receiving the end of your faith—the salvation of your souls. John 3:16 “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

God saves our bodies: 1 Peter 2:24 who Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness—by whose stripes you were healed.

The work of the Cross provides us healing for our bodies. The work of the cross gives us forgiveness of sins for our soul and also healing for our bodies. Mat 9:5 “For which is easier, to say, ‘Your sins are forgiven you,’ or to say, ‘Arise and walk’?

https://christcrosscrucified.com/

Mat 9:6 “But that you may know that the Son of Man has power on earth to forgive sins”—then He said to the paralytic, “Arise, take up your bed, and go to your house.”

Mat 9:7 and he arose and departed to his house.

God renews our spirit at salvation when we are born again. Ephesians 4:23 and be renewed in the spirit of your mind,

https://www.youtube.com/@christcrucifiedsaves

Ephesians 4:24 and that you put on the new man which was created according to God, in true righteousness and holiness. When our spirits are renewed, then we are born-again and know God in a love relationship with Him and have eternal life.

1 John 5:20 and we know that the Son of God has come and has given us an understanding, that we may know Him who is true; and we are in Him who is true, in His Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God and eternal life. Also read: 1 Thessalonians 5:23 Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely; and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Peter preached Jesus Christ crucified on the day of Pentecost when the Holy Spirit came and baptized the Church in the Spirit.

Act 2:21 and it shall come to pass that whoever calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved.

Act 2:22 “Men of Israel, hear these words: Jesus of Nazareth, a Man attested by God to you by miracles, wonders, and signs which God did through Him in your midst, as you yourselves also know.

Act 2:23 “Him, being delivered by the determined purpose and foreknowledge of God, you have taken by lawless hands, have crucified, and put to death;

Act 2:24 “whom God raised up, having loosed the pains of death, because it was not possible that He should be held by it.

The Gospel message is what brings us into salvation and there is no other way. Believe the Gospel message of the Cross, burial and resurrection for eternal life right now.

Every person must give an account to God

Every person must give an account to God Almighty for their life and the deeds that they have done.

2 Co 5:10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that each one may receive the things done in the body, according to what he has done, whether good or bad.

I speak the truth in Christ whether anyone listens or heeds to my message so that when they give an account to God, He can say I told you the truth thru my servant Bill and you did not listen and repent.

Read these scriptures in the book of Romans. They are talking about those who love Christ and those who do not.

Rom 2:1 Therefore you are inexcusable, O man, whoever you are who judge, for in whatever you judge another you condemn yourself; for you who judge practice the same things.

Rom 2:2 But we know that the judgment of God is according to truth against those who practice such things.

Rom 2:3 and do you think this, O man, you who judge those practicing such things, and doing the same, that you will escape the judgment of God?

Rom 2:4 or do you despise the riches of His goodness, forbearance, and longsuffering, not knowing that the goodness of God leads you to repentance?

Rom 2:5 But in accordance with your hardness and your impenitent heart you are treasuring up for yourself wrath in the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God,

Rom 2:6 who “will render to each one according to his deeds”

Rom 2:7 eternal life to those who by patient continuance in doing good seek for glory, honor, and immortality;

Rom 2:8 but to those who are self-seeking and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness—indignation and wrath,

Rom 2:9 tribulation and anguish, on every soul of man who does evil, of the Jew first and also of the Greek;

Rom 2:10 but glory, honor, and peace to everyone who works what is good, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.

Rom 2:11 for there is no partiality with God.

The Apostle Paul defended himself many times when he penned the Word of God saying that he was speaking the truth.

Rom 9:1 I tell the truth in Christ, I am not lying, my conscience also bearing me witness in the Holy Spirit,

1Timothy 2:7 for which I was appointed a preacher and an apostle—I am speaking the truth in Christ and not lying—a teacher of the Gentiles in faith and truth.

2 Co 11:31 The God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who is blessed forever, knows that I am not lying.

The book of Revelations in chapters 2 and 3 speak about 7 churches which represent our Churches today. Two of them God spoke well about and the other 5 He said that they need to repent.

Why do Christians and Churches today think that they need no repentance? We are living in the end times and our Churches today are just like God said in the book of Revelation, this was one of the reasons why it was written. God wanted to warn us of His judgment if we did not repent. There are some Churches today that are doing God’s will, but most are not.

We as the body of Christ need to live by all of God’s Word, be in the Spirit and most of all love God by loving our fellow Christians, neighbors and enemies. Read my other blogs about loving God.

God wants Church Revival

God wants Church Revival.

2 Chronicles 7:14 “if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.

God is showing us must take place in order for revival to come to the Church. First He wants us to humble ourselves. Philippians 2:3 do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, Philippians 2:4 not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others.

https://christcrosscrucified.com/

The second thing that God wants is for us to pray. 1 Thessalonians 5:17 pray without ceasing. God desires us to always pray and never to stop. God wants us to ask and then we receive. Also: Ephesians 6:18 praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints.

The third thing that God wants from us is to seek His face. Psalm 27:8 When you said, “Seek My face,” My heart said to You, “Your face, LORD, I will seek.” Also see: Jeremiah 29:13 and you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart. God wants us to really go after Him. Pray and meditate on His Word.

The fourth thing that God wants from us is to repent from our wicked ways and all sin. Rev 2:4 “Nevertheless I have this against you, that you have left your first love. Rev 3:18 “I counsel you to buy from Me gold refined in the fire, that you may be rich; and white garments, that you may be clothed, that the shame of your nakedness may not be revealed; and anoint your eyes with eye salve, that you may see. Rev 3:19 “As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten. Therefore be zealous and repent. Rev 3:20 “Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me. Can you see from these verses that God is outside of the Church wanting in. We need to live by all of the Word of God and love Him.

After all of this that we do God promises to hear our pray and forgive and to send healing to the Church. Remember God wants the Church to do this not just one person. God is talking to a people and not just to a person.

We find rest working for God

We find rest working for God

The Sabbath is about our ceasing from our own works and doing the works of God.

This verse in Exodus 20 tells us that the Sabbath is about resting.

Exo 20:11 For in six days the LORD made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested the seventh day. Therefore the LORD blessed the Sabbath day and hallowed it.

In this verse in Hebrews God is talking about resting from His own works calling it the Sabbath.

Hebrews 4:4 For He has spoken in a certain place of the seventh day in this way: “And God rested on the seventh day from all His works”

In this verse in Hebrews we see to honor the Sabbath that we are to cease from our own works.

Hebrews 4:10 for he who has entered His rest has himself also ceased from his works as God did from His.

YouTube Video Bible Teachings

When we do the works of God and quit doing our own work, then we find rest.

Mat 11:28 “Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

Mat 11:29 “Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.

Mat 11:30 “For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”

The yoke refers to work.

https://christcrosscrucified.com/

Jesus worked every day 24/7.  John 5:16 so, because Jesus was doing these things on the Sabbath, the Jewish leaders began to persecute him.

John 5:17 in his defense Jesus said to them, “My Father is always at his work to this very day, and I too am working.”

Jesus only does what the Father is doing: John 5:19 Jesus gave them this answer: “Very truly I tell you, the Son can do nothing by himself; he can do only what he sees his Father doing, because whatever the Father does the Son also does.

When Jesus was working by talking to the woman at the well He said to His disciples: John 4:32 But he said to them, “I have food to eat that you know nothing about.”

When you are in the Spirit you can work all of the time and find rest. When you are in the flesh you cannot please God and you find that you are tired. Let us do the works of God every day and find pleasure in them.

The most important thing in life

The most important thing in life.

What is the most important thing that a person should being doing in this life? Let us look at some scriptures to see if we can find the answer.

Mat 22:36 “Teacher, which is the great commandment in the law?”

Mat 22:37 Jesus said to him, “you shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’

Mat 22:38 “This is the first and great commandment.

Mat 22:39 “And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’

Mat 22:40 “On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.”

https://christcrosscrucified.com/

God is telling us that loving Him is greatest commandment and what we should being doing. Also another point is that one way we love God is by loving our neighbor.

What about the church today? Do Christians love God like the Bible teaches? Jesus told us about a man who was hurting in the story of the Good Samaritan. Would you stop and help that man. Jesus told us that man was our neighbor.

Do Christians help out other believers in Christ today who are less fortunate then they are?

Mat 25:37 “Then the righteous will answer Him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed You, or thirsty and give You drink?

Mat 25:38 ‘When did we see You a stranger and take You in, or naked and clothe You?

Mat 25:39 ‘or when did we see You sick, or in prison, and come to You?’

Mat 25:40 “And the King will answer and say to them, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these my brethren, you did it to Me.’

Do Christians today really help out other Christians financially? Do they visit other sick Christians and feed those in need? Does the Church share Christ with others so they can be saved?

How did the early Church live? Read Acts 2:42-47. Christians at that time shared everything like food and all of their material possessions. They live in community next door to one another and had fellowship daily. How often do we as Christians get together with other Christians? Maybe once a week? Today I do not believe that Christians have all things in common with one another.

Do we really love God? 1Jo 3:16 by this we know love, because He laid down His life for us. And we also ought to lay down our lives for the brethren. Our identity as a Christian is determined on the basis of our love for our fellow Christians. See: 1 John 3:14.

1Jo 3:17 But whoever has this world’s goods, and sees his brother in need, and shuts up his heart from him, how does the love of God abide in him?

1Jo 3:18 my little children, let us not love in word or in tongue, but in deed and in truth.

Jesus said in the end times that love would grow cold. Read Matthew 24:12. Do Christians have an excuse for not loving? We are to love God and demonstrate this by loving the brethren, our neighbor and our enemies.

The Bible teaches us that judgment must first begin at the house of God. God will judge His people first and that judgment is upon us now by Christ being outside the Church.

Rev 2:4 “Nevertheless I have this against you, that you have left your first love.

Rev 2:5 “Remember therefore from where you have fallen; repent and do the first works, or else I will come to you quickly and remove your lampstand from its place—unless you repent.”

We as Christians left our love for God and we are about doing the lesser things concerning the Christian life. God is telling us to repent do the first works which are loving God by loving our brethren, neighbor and enemy. Revelation 3:20 tells us that Christ is outside of the Church trying to get in but we have not repented of our sins of not loving God. This is the condition of the Church today.

This is why the Christian life today is so empty, lonely, depressing and similar to the world. Christians are to forgive one another from the heart and if they do not then God will not forgive them See: Matthew 18:35. This is one reason why our lives have different kinds of torment.

What is the solution? Repent and begin again to love like God.

Honoring the Sabbath

Honoring the Sabbath is not about resting and having a day of leisure. It is about not doing your own work but doing the works of God. Hebrews 4:10 for he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his. See Also: Matthew 11:28-30. We find true rest when we are in the Spirit and working for God.

Jesus and the Father work every day. Doing work and the will of God is resting in Christ when we as Christians are at work for God.

John 5:16: So, because Jesus was doing these things on the Sabbath, the Jewish leaders began to persecute him.

John 5:17: In his defense Jesus said to them, “My Father is always at his work to this very day, and I too am working.”

John 5:18: For this reason they tried all the more to kill him; not only was he breaking the Sabbath, but he was even calling God his own Father, making himself equal with God.

John 5:19: Jesus gave them this answer: “Very truly I tell you, the Son can do nothing by himself; he can do only what he sees his Father doing, because whatever the Father does the Son also does.

John 5:20: For the Father loves the Son and shows him all he does. Yes, and he will show him even greater works than these, so that you will be amazed.

John 5:21: For just as the Father raises the dead and gives them life, even so the Son gives life to whom he is pleased to give it.

Jesus talked with the woman at the well when He was thirsty and hungry and when His disciples came back with food, Jesus said that He had food that they did not know about and it was to do the work and will of God.

Jesus Clocked in when He was baptized and clocked out when He said: "It is finished".

There are two reasons why Christians get tired when working for God. One is that they are in the flesh and not in the Spirit. You cannot do God’s work in your own strength. The Bible says that it is not by power and might but by my Spirt. The second reason that Christians get tired working for God is that they place themselves under the law. They come up with formulas, techniques, systems, principles and rules to do God’s work or to have a system of success to obtain something from God.

Example: Some Christian Leaders teach that you need to read your Bible every day and pray every day and speak the scriptures out loud in order to be healed of your disease, aliment or affliction or sickness. Mark 5:36 says that we need to “only believe”. Those who have the gift of healing just need to heal like Jesus did by speaking and laying on hands to heal. Anything else is legalism.

https://christcrosscrucified.com/

What is the purpose of Sabbath?

Did God intend believer’s in Christ to take one day per week and basically do nothing and just rest? The Church today thinks God wants them to have a day where you put your feet up and fold your hands all day once a week. They want amusement, entertainment and relaxation or if you are religious then you will read the Bible and pray for most of the day and eat little once per week. Is this what the Sabbath is all about? NOT!

Who came up with the 9 to 5 work schedule Monday thru Friday and every weekend off? Why does the Church copy from the world? Has the Church become Legalistic?

Jesus said in John 4:34, 5:17 and 9:4 that He had work to do and to finish it. Jesus healed many people on the Sabbath and was frequently accused of breaking the Sabbath because He had done some work. Jesus worked every day when He was on earth and yet He fulfilled all righteousness and kept all of the law. How did He do this? Read Hebrews 4:10. We as Christians are to cease from our own works and do the work of God. This is what the Sabbath means: Cease from your own work and do the work of God.

Read Matthew chapter 11:28 come unto me, all you that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and you shall find rest unto your souls.

30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

We as Christians find rest in working for God, so every day is a Sabbath. The word yoke mentioned here as to do with working with Jesus. Jesus found pleasure and rest working for the Father. He told the disciples that He had food that they did not know about when he talked with the woman at the well.

God wants us to have a relationship with Him. He speaks to us and we follow Him in everything we do. We do only the work and His will that He wants. He does this by the Holy Spirit.
